love love love…. Love learning about different lifestyles! //

This week has been focused around food and getting healthy. I’ve switched up what I eat throughout the day, focusing on real food, as well as switched up my workout routine. I’ve felt great this week, then of course, the second I try on a new dress that doesn’t fit, I feel like it’s all been for nothing (I’m human). I try to remind myself that my diet and fitness goals are going to take work, to stay positive and keep getting after it which usually gets me back on track, but I think we can all agree it isn’t always easy. I’d love to hear how you keep a positive mind frame when it comes to health and body image! Happy Friday! xo Putting the soul in Soul Cycle //

Staying in shape is hard work! Just getting your workout clothes on is half that battle! I’m a big fan of greek yogurt in the morning!

    • I just bought some new ones too! That is definitely motivating me πŸ™‚ You were right about the greek yogurt. It’s my new fav! xo

  • MagdaBZ

I absolutely know how you feel because I’ve been doing that for three weeks now as well and still I get low days. On Wednesday that resulted in 4 Peanut Butter Kitkat wrappers suspiciously empty ;)… I beat myself up for it, but now I am back on track. And they were so ridiculously good!

    • Hahaha Magda!! This made my day. I do the same thing, I am on track – then snack on everything in my kitchen (that usually occurs on grocery day since everything looks so fresh and new!). It’s all about letting yourself off the hook and getting back on track. Plus a kit lat here and there never hurt anybody πŸ™‚

  • I absolutely love greek yogurt in the morning it’s so delicious!

    • I’ve been loving it too! And it’s so easy to bring to work with me πŸ™‚
