Hmm, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways! Salmon. Check. Roasted cabbage. Check, check. Kale?!! Check, check, check! This Salmon with Cabbage & Kale dish has so many delicious components and is so insanely easy to make it’s almost unfair I just learned about it. I have recently been inspired to take my cooking to the next level (there really are so many taco salads one person can make) and to help me I have recently turned to cookbooks – specifically, One Pot by Martha Stewart. One woman (or should I say empire) who does it better than the rest is Martha and this book is exactly as the name suggests, an easier way to prepare healthy meals using one pot! With no dishwasher, this is pretty much a godsend cookbook and after tasting this recipe (my first one) I can’t wait to dig in more. This was so simple, yet the flavors were intense, fresh and the plate look gorgeous. Oh, and this meal was perfectly combined! I’d call this one a winner! (seriously, try it tonight)
